What the 15% commission pays for

ParkEase keeps 15% of the base price of each booking, once. Listing is free, and there is no monthly fee. Here is what that 15% covers.
A worked example
A driver books 2 hours at ₹40. The base price is ₹80. You earn ₹68 and ParkEase keeps ₹12. The driver also pays 18% GST on our fee, which is ₹2.16, so they pay ₹82.16 in total. Busy-hour charges, when they apply, are added on top for the driver and never come out of your price.
Payments and payouts
Drivers pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, and your share is paid into the bank account you connected every Monday, or on the 1st of the month if you prefer, once your balance reaches ₹100. Your payout is your price less the commission. Nothing else is taken off it.
Cancellations that are not your fault, or the driver’s
If you ever have to cancel a booking, the driver gets a full refund and ₹50 from ParkEase. That ₹50 is ours, not taken from your earnings.
Support, checks and reviews
Someone answers when a driver cannot find the gate or a booking goes wrong. Reviews are limited to drivers who actually finished a booking, so your rating reflects real stays.
