The standards that keep listings honest, reviews useful and partners trusted. Breaking them can lead to a listing being removed or an account being suspended.
Listings
- List only spaces you have the right to rent.
- Photos must show the real entrance and bay, taken recently.
- Slot counts must be accurate for each vehicle type, and opening hours must match when the space is actually available.
- Directions and access instructions must be enough for a driver to find the bay without calling you.
Reviews
- Only a completed booking can be reviewed, within seven days of it ending.
- Drivers review spaces, valets and washes; owners review drivers.
- Each review can get one public response.
- Reviews that abuse someone, share personal details, or are not about the booking can be reported and are moderated.
- Offering anything in exchange for a review, or reviewing your own space, is not allowed.

Drivers
Park only where the owner directs you, leave on time, and respect the property and the people who live or work there.
