These terms are the agreement between you and ParkEase, a project by Onkar Deokate (“ParkEase”, “we”) when you use the ParkEase app or this website. By creating an account you accept them.
Using ParkEase
ParkEase is a marketplace. It connects drivers who need parking with owners who have space to rent, and with valets and car wash partners who offer services at those spaces. ParkEase does not own or operate the spaces listed. You must be 18 or over and give accurate details when you sign up. You are responsible for anything done through your account.

If you are parking
- Arrive within your booking, show your QR code at the gate, and leave before your time is up.
- Park only in the bay or area the owner directs you to, and follow the rules of the building or property.

If you list a space
- You must have the right to rent the space out, including any permission your housing society, association or landlord requires.
- Your listing, photos, slot counts and opening hours must be accurate, and you must honour bookings you accept.

Valet and car wash partners

Payments and fees
Prices and fees are set out on the pricing page and shown before every payment. ParkEase keeps 15% of the owner’s base price, 20% of valet fees and 20% of car wash fees. Drivers pay 18% GST on the ParkEase fee and no platform fee. Busy-hour charges, when they apply, are shown before you book. Refunds follow the refund policy.
What we are and are not responsible for

Disputes
If something goes wrong with a booking, open it in the app or email onkardeokate@gmail.com first. Complaints can also go to our grievance officer at onkardeokate@gmail.com.

Ending your account

Changes to these terms
When we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
