Delete your account

You can ask for your ParkEase account and personal data to be deleted here, without reinstalling the app.

How to ask

  1. 1. Email us from any address with the mobile number you sign in with.
  2. 2. We check it’s you by sending a one-time code to that number.
  3. 3. We delete the account and text you when it’s done.

What we delete
Your name, mobile number, vehicles, photos, listings and reviews.
What we have to keep
Booking and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Bookings still to come
They are cancelled under the refund policy before the account is deleted.
